Thiss is good riddence for Wallabies. D. Pocock is out of form player and hugely over-rated. Thank God! he is out and now young M.Hooper will get a fair chance. D. Pocock was so hopeless on Saturday, not even a single turnover.

Now I'm praying for N.Sharpe, D. Dennis and S.Kepu to also get injured so the Wallabies can get blessed with real hardworkig players like R. Simmons, D. Palmer, A. Baxter and others.

Trinats2, Pocock was the most heavily penalised player on the field with 4.. if he's going to keep cheating then he can expect to pay the price. Not sure why you guys build yourselves up so much when history suggests you tend to blow out.. just last week you were crapping on that Australia would win and lets not forget the Reds for S15 champions again.. and nice one bringing up the Lions series, wasn't it Nathan Grey who elbowed Richard Hill off the ball and out of the series in test 2, 2001?

Trinats - week after week I see you moaning on this thing - when are you going to realize the Wobblies don't have the talent to threaten the big boys. Oh, and by the way - are you making fun of my obvious American spell check lol. Way to attack the issues my man!

Shano303:

Are you referring to the tackle that Read made when he was offside by 2 meters ?

I guess pocock wasn't expecting someone to "pummeled" him in half that early (unless Usain Bolt was playing)

Great tactics used by NZ, also worked on BOD in the Lions series !!!

@ olepete

George Gregan was born in Zambia - slight difference, although not if you refer to both countries as Rhodesia. I will try and get out more!

olepete - the great GG was born in Lusaka, Zambia, parents from Zimbabwe (mother) and Australia, family moved to Oz when he was 1. Admit I had to look that up i thought he was born somewhere else in Africa, and just proved myself wrong. No complaints about him ever playing for Australia?

leinster_goy - what about George Gregan?

Shano303 says...

Steady on Trinats - he was having a mare before he got pummeled in a great tackle by (insert any AB name here). He was let down by his other looses to be fair. The game has changed - cant afford to give time to opposition to get over the ball so loosies need to be tighter than ever. And can't afford to give away two kickable penalties - especially as captain.

Pity for him, hope this injury not the start of the end, knee injuries have such a habit of recurring - and esp if he's rushed back early.
