Norm - don't be thick mate. This next world cup is as good as gone for the irish and they need to get to grips with that competition because it's frankly a bit embarrassing. If you think they can sort their structure and team out in time for September then good luck.

Ireland are in a very serious situation vis a vis the world cup. Kidney has everything wrong on this team, selections, tactics, team spirit, bad results over the last 9 Internationals and more we don't know of. This is why a win against England is in fact bad for Irish rugby going forward, in that it will keep Kidney in his job. If he is in the job come world cup time I feel Ireland will do very poorly under his management. If England thrash Ireland on Saturday there could be a move to oust him and that sad outcome from an Irish perspective can only be positive for Ireland going forward....

Brian Moore says what he thinks and that's fine with me. It would be nice to hear some non-delusional irish fans on here about why another world cup has passed them by and what they are going to do about it.

Is there actually any commentator that has played for their country that doesn't have a bias towards them? Ok except Bill Mclaren! Lets not forget these guys are not trained journalists they are former greats that get asked to talk about the games, of course they are going to be biased! So what???

Brian Moore does add some spice to the commentary, the rest of the BBC's team are very guarded in the thieir comments which becomes tedious, boring really...Try tuning into RTE's match discussion with George Hook, Brent Pope and Conor O' Shea, sparks usually fly in their mad discussions...But back to Brian Moore, he was the greatest help to Ireland when he was a player; because he couldn't keep his trap shut and usually said something insulting/arrogant pre-match thinking he was clever to wind the Irish up, when in fact, he was handing Ireland the greatest of motivations for them to beat England on a platter...Keep 'em coming Brian!

Could you imagine if Paddy Wallace came off the bench (as an impact sub haha) and scored the winner!!!
Unfortunately it won't happen because Ireland are going to lose, and it won't be for want of trying by O' Driscoll...I feel for him having to play under the 2 most cautious, tactically inept and conservative coaches over the past years...imagine if he was a New Zealander, he'd probably be going for his 70 try and lauded as the world's best player...Ireland have utilized his talent very badly and should have at least 3 Grand Slams during his tenure!

Brian Moore, what a guy, I love listening to him go off on one, he brings character to the commentary, he is clearly a very passionate and proud Englishman and it is great to hear someone say what they think in todays "PC World" I remember him going off on one at Toby Flood a few years ago, but now he states how much he has developed, Brian gives praise where praise is due. In fact I think he would make a stand up Prime Minister.

BOD to spoil the party? What party? The party that an overall underachieving England side are all of a suddern winning games? Credit to them they are showing signs of some very attractive attacking rugby and Chris Ashton is without a doubt the most unpredictable & exciting rugby player on the planet at the moment ( That being said from a Welshman ).... but Brian Moore has a short memory, it was only last 6 nations he was one of many 'proud' englishman called for Johnsons head on the block.... same old England, only singing when there winning!!!

Does anyone else fume at the stark and ridiculous byass of Brian Moore. He really is void of any grace, saying that BOD only has himself to blame. If that had happened to England you can be sure he'd be the first to make his very loud and irritating voice heard. Ireland to spoil the party on sat, you can do it boys then we'll see what BMoore has to say!!!!!!!!!!!!
