france v nz game is going to have huge rammifications on the outcome of the world cup,if nz lose,it will put them in the 'softer' side of the draw.on current form can't see the ozzies get over the boks they are the form team at the moment.regarding suzie,if ab's make the final every ab's supporter will line the the fringes of the country to make sure she dosen't get in. :)

The way things are set up right now. The NH have a huge adv. 3 top teams in the world will have to knock each other out before they even get to the final.

If SA can beat AUS then NZ then go on to win the WC... Thats massive.

Saw Suzie at the airport. She said something about wanting to see the France v NZ game and something about getting a part time job over in Kiwiland

Maybe France will have something to say about NZ being in the Southern Hemisphere side of the draw. Surely thet don't want a six nations / tri-nations shoot out before the final. Wouldn't it be a great WCup shake up if they could send the Mighty All Blacks over to join the likes of England, Wales and Ireland in the other side of the draw. Food for thought..................SA v NZ final......Is Suzie still alive.

Heres hoping SA play Wales in the final so that we can show the chior boys how we play when we are hot.

@Nicholas41

I guarantee you the WC final will be a Tri-Nations affair. Aussie stumbled but they won't do that again, not until they play either the Boks or the AB's come knock out time, and to be quite honest, I think they're the team with the best chance of beating the AB's. I'm Saffa but I still think AB v Wallaby final. And one more thing; yes Wales played fantastic rugby, but they lost. Deal with it and let's get on with the competition.

I agree with maniac6911 and Mr_Sax. The way SA is shaping up, they could beat NZ> The problem will be that it will be the first time SA plays at Eden Park and NZ's third. Home ground advantage will also carry NZ. AUS vs SA will be a mighty game but SA have a powerful bench which can carry them past AUS.

Firstly I would be very suprised if the Aussies played as badly again as they did today in this tournament. Secondly the Argentinian team are not the team they were four years ago. Wales outclassed SA? Hmm I thought a very poor SA team (on the day) won the game and like ~australia will not play as badly again in this tournament. The english Gym bunnies will go far in the tournament.. They always seem to do. But not win it. The Aussies beat up the kiwi pack? Strange I watched the game and it was very much a lethargic kiwi team on the day and i looked for the beaten up kiwi pack but could'nt find them,. Good for Ireland today but lets not get carried away with silly statements. Wales had their moment in the sun.. But not sure this Samoan team is quite as good as a lot think and either SA were brilliant or Fiji are the same.

Now a loss against Samoa for the bokke could be a good thing thus avoiding the Aussies and kiwis.. just a thought. I'm off to the bookies

Yes. England, Wales, France and Ireland are all from the NH so they don't have a chance! The Boks were outclassed by Wales; the Ozzies (who beat up the NZ pack recently) were spanked up front. England played poorly against the most underrated team in world rugby, and won. And the French...they are French.

The WC is pleasantly opening up. It was held at Twickers, England might win, but it isn't, it's in 'England' circa 1960, so NZ will win it.

@Maniac

Well put, am a die hard bok but I must say the ABs are the favorites and mostly because of home advantage. On a neutral ground am willing to bet my paycheck that the boks would steal it

Australia are over rated as show today and the Springboks are underrated. I said 1 year ago that that whoever wins between NZ and SA in the semis wins the world cup and this still stands. The Aus team is to young and their centers are far to week and offer nothing, I mean half of the world does not know who plays in 2 of the most important positions in a rugby team for Aus at center. They beat a SA team that had not played together in months and were well out of from and they also beat a NZ team at home and only just, wow, that is not a milestone and is no reason why they should be favourites.

NZ should win this world cup and the only side that can stop them is SA.
