Jeez. Do your homework folks.
1) Take a closer look at Huget. He dropped a sitter from Michoko's cross kick early on. He missed simple tackles (no change from v Aus in 2010). He should have passed to Szar for his 1st try and was guilty of carrying the ball 1 handed.
2) Mermoz in an IC. He plays and indeed played at 12 during the game. Fritz played outside him at 13. At least Mermoz actually was worth a shout in your team.

@Trinats hmmm SBW or QC I know who I would rather have in my team. Anyway you don't have to worry too much cos the Wannabies have only 3 games to lose against SBW and the AB's before he heads back your way and plays the game that Queenslanders are actually pretty good at.

I read all about Danny cares great game on pr. Then I watched the match, albeit, just the last 40, I saw crappy kicks, even worse option taking and not much else.
Aaron smith had the ab backline humming against my beloved Irish, at one point he picked up an Irish forward and drove him back in the tackle. I didn't realize it was him until the tackle was over and was quite surprised.
This website name should be changed to England rugby, to better reflect the sentiments of its writers and team of the week selectors.

Was he influential in the result - no he wasn't even influential. Most players are "all over the park" esp. the forwards as they need to get to the breakdown???

Woooohooo he scored two tries. Didn't watch this game, but last time he did it was against Japan ? He always plays well against poor teams, including Super 15 and League, but goes missing against decent opposition, just goes to show how poor Ireland were and not how good NZ were ? IMHO !!!
No Aussie deserved to be in the team, they were very poor, so good to see.
To have Poms in there, You wouldn't be one yourself Adam ?

The Adam Kyriakou comedy show....coming to a venue near you. Just make sure you're out of town when it hits!
The default team should have been NZ and where there were stand-out performers from other teams last weekend, then maybe consider inserting the stand-out player. And then go with the AB! Not often a top tier nation gets 60-NIL!
No way should any England players be in this team - none of them were very good, just like none of the Boks were very good (and the selections show that, Beast looks like a consolation pick to me).

Yes SA threw quite a few experimentals into the mix in the last game, but a brave man would call them poor. Lots of people getting carried away with that drubbing of Ireland, me thinks there will be a few upsets in the upcoming 4N.
