France coach Marc Lièvremont has vowed to maintain faith in his XV for the second Test against Australia despite his side's 34-13 loss to the Wallabies in Sydney on Saturday.
The French, missing a string of first-choice players due to club commitments, capitulated in spectacular fashion, shipping 24 unanswered points in a 15-minute period just after the break.
Lièvremont blamed a lack of cohesion for the fatal blip and is willing to give the side a second bite at the cherry.
"Unfortunately, there is only one week before the next test and less time for recuperation," he said.
"We showed that we need to play more together and there won't be too many changes in the team for next week.
"There are a lot of sore players in the change room - the Wallabies are very physical and rock-solid."
Lièvremont will be forced to make a change at full-back after Pepito Elhorga dislocated his right shoulder when he was caught in a crunching double-tackle from Rocky Elsom and Wycliff Palu.
Tight head prop Lionel Faure is also in doubt with a knee injury.
The Wallabies only injury concern was winger Lote Tuqiri, who was forced from the field in the first half with a thigh injury.
