Hmmm
Starts well with hints of humility, but then crap within a few sentences the act drops and it is Cardiff playing him in the wrong position setting traps for him!
LW could use this guy but the writing is on the wall. If he can join the global cast at Toulon and throw his weight around what is his ego going to be like in this up and coming exiles side

a talented player no doubt, he was great in 2004/2005 he wasn't just a pretty boy he rucked a lot for a centre and worked well in 2008, where i believe he was crucial to the Welsh comeback against England when he made a wonderful break to swing the moment in favour of Wales. He could of been even better, problem is he doesn't go looking for work; he waits for the game to come his way so he wasn't as good in 2008 because opposition tended to avoid running down his channel.
he could've been a legend with his sublime passing, guile, massive boot, ability to read the game, tackling, defensive organisation and decent rucking for a back.
list of Henson's problems:
- can't handle alcohol -> solution: don't drink
- lack of hunger and passion for rugby -> solution: watch all the Rocky movies
- distracted from rugby by reality TV shows -> solution: fire your agent
- he is dumb -> solution: no cure for this mate.

Never rated Henson, that said I hope he does a good job at London Welsh, they don't deserve to be taken for a ride by a publicity magnet.
I am reminded of the old phrase "judge a man by his actions not what he says" , so Gav we wait to see your actions.........

He uses the word "trap". Like the clubs he signs for want him to get himself in trouble and waste their time, money and effort on him.
Trying working hard on the pitch and at training, behaving himself at training and outside training. Getting along with his team mates and coach. Oh and above all avoiding reality tv at all costs. Then there is no reason why he won't have a successful end to his career.
These things are pretty standard to most pro (and indeed amateur) rugby players.

I'll give him a few months before his ego gets the better of him (again).
It's sad but I sense it's almost inevitable.
