Man, this ruckman dude is a bit highly strung eh? :o)
I think the england players need to take the flak on the chin and man up and we should let Johnno learn from the experience just like Sir Clive Woodward did.

To be honest the whole RFU structure needs to change! We should look a NZ and see what they have been doing right and the restructure accordingly.
It is a disgrace that the biggest and richest union in the world is only reaching the QF (and being beaten by a side who's quality has been masked by reaching the World Cup final).
Once we have the right structures in place we can choose the correct people to fill them and then move on constructively.
Either that or we just wait for Deano's ban to finish and give him the England job - then we would see results!

While MJ is inexperianced as a coach ,i still think his the man for 2015 his still learning and will not make the same mistakes again ,he isnt afraid to try stuff either his 1st squad was full of promising talant and he has brought the best of that squad through IE Lawes -Attwodd Corabasio ect he will bring more though in the next few yrs and we will have a good squad come 2015 .Two years just wasnt enough time to build a RWC wining squad so he was pragmatic and hoped the likes of Tindal and Moody ect would bring leadership and direction to the team unfortunatly they didnt and their bad form cost us in the end But it was a calculated gamble and if they had England would now be in the final imo.Given four years with the young nucalus from this squad and the promising talant comming to the fore we can be real contenders in 2015 To start i predict M.Tulangi playing 12 in the 6N with J.Joesph13 and C.wade or C.Sharples on the wing .T.Waldroum at 8 and Attwood partering Lawes at lockand a raft of youngsters comming into the squad IE O.Farral -J.George-J.Maller-C.Ferns -P.Dowson ect though i expect A.Shridan to be around till 2013 (he was sourly missed at the RWC )when i expect the likes of Mallar ect to be setteled then Hopfully come 2015 we will have a young dynamic powerful and test experianced team to battle NZ-Australia and Wales for the cup

Fluff article.
Show me any member of the squad that isn't retiring from internationals that isn't saying "the manager is the right man". If any, just one, stated "No, he's wrong, MJ is too pragmatic, the coaching set up is stale and without inspiration, and the RFU is rotten from the top down, stifling any creative, skilful rugby across the professional game in place of a gym culture that pervades England", then I'd listen.
If MJ remains, no player will say he's the wrong man for the job. They know they won't get picked again.

If England are to move forward, then Johnson has to go.
Eddie Jones was abosolutely scathing of Johnson and Englands tactics in the QF loss to France . Listen to him in the RuggaMatrix podcast.
He said " I thought they were very poorly coached.........England definately had the talent to make the final......they were shown up by Martin Johnson's inexperience as a manager."
He summed it up by saying that "England are such a conservative union that they might go with Johnson again, but if they do that I would imagine that every other country in the world would be very happy."
Ouch!!!!

Another stupid comment from a clueless England player - you were awful, your team were awful, your manager was awful and so were his coaching staff.
These players need to wind their necks in, and concentrate on improving their play - MJ and Co have to go!!!!
