Toulouse fly-half Luke McAlister will play his first game since mid-October on Saturday as he returns to action against Perpignan.
The former All Black, who recently signed a two-year contract extension, has recovered from a ruptured tendon in his biceps.
His return comes as a timely boost for Toulouse, who have struggled with a long injury list in addition to the absence of their large Six Nations contingent.
"He was back in during the training week, we will see in the next few hours if he starts or not. He will be in the squad," said Toulouse backs coach Jean-Baptiste Elissalde.
McAlister could start at inside centre, depending on the availability of Yann David and Florian Fritz, who are respectively on the comeback trail from a hamstring injury and a motorcycle accident.
