France have called up props Luc Ducalcon and Vincent Debaty to their 30-man squad ahead of facing Wales next weekend.
Both players join the group following the suspension of Stade Français prop Rabah Slimani for two weeks, after he was shown a red card against Italy.
Flanker Bernard Le Roux has also dropped out of the France squad after sustaining a concussion during the 30-10 win over Italy.
Ducalcon has featured for les Bleus since last year's tour to New Zealand, with Debaty appearing against Tonga last November.
France are two from two but will face Wales in Cardiff for their first away match of this year's championship.
