Agree with JH Roberts - sadly.
Henson's timing is good with the absence of any real competition at Ospreys at 10 or 12.
Just goes to show my instincts about Henson were correct - the game is just a meal ticket to him - nothing more.

Echoing a comment made months ago by another poster...
If Henson really wants to redeem himself and show his commitment to Welsh rugby, he can knock on the Dragons' door. But I guess he knows that he has to strike while the iron is hot. Given his involvement with Wales and the loss of Hook and Byrne, he knows that this is possibly the only time in which it's plausible for the region to take him back.
Ah well, they've just made an awesome move in signing Chauncey O'Toole, they've got some credit in the bank now so there's room for a questionable signing to follow it up...
And let's not forget that Henson still has game-breaking talent when he's on form. Off-field nonsense aside, the Ospreys would be signing a quality player who's familiar with the set-up. At the very least, who's the incumbent goal kicker for next season?
Cue the club releasing a polite statement denying that any moves have been made while they talk to his agent behind closed doors...

ha ha ha this chappy really has no shame. is there anyone more thick skinned in rugby than mr henson. if he gets a contract at the ospreys he is surely a genius, he would make an awesome recruiter or agent for an any individual or company if he pulls this off

Why would the Ospreys want him after the loyalty he's shown them? Held his contract for nearly two years for him then to decide he was better off elsewhere. Now he's decided Wales suits him more and they should have him back. If they do have him back then they would be quite foolish.
