ah, Trinats being himself again... you really are a one-eyed stirrer. Your view of the FdP/Giteau clearly shows that you do not have a single shred of objectiveness about you. I wish it was possible to block your posts from appearing because they really are inane, and you did not seem to take in the advice from your fellow countryman in the "Fourie banned for 4 weeks" article posts.

Giteau went challenge for the ball??????? Most stupid comment I've seen for some time! If that's true, he could "sense" the ball without taking a glance at it and "catch" it without using his hands, but could not even "recognise" Du Preez was there although cleary looking at him. Laughable.

Perhaps Giteau thought himself as Luchador and "diving body press" was suitable "attack" at that situation!

Contesting the ball??

Have a look at the incident... and take off your Aussie Biased glasses first!

woMAN, you have your knickers in a twist. I was not whinging, just making an observation.

As for Gits, what's all the fuss?? He went up in a 50/50 challenge for the ball and Du Preez ended up on the carpet rolling around like a soccer player (which explains all the kicking!!!)

Trinats,

your comment is a classic example of whinging.

Every player has a right to appeal. How a 4 week ban changes to a 2 week ban beats me...Then again, the Trinations is over???

ViVe La Bokke!!!

In the 2008 Tri-Nations game between the SA and NZ, Brad Thorn "spear" tackled John Smit in exactly the same manner as Jaque Fourie did on Nonu. Thorn got 1 week. Still seems a bit unfair to me.

Why was the player who took Habana out in the air from a kick off not banned? He did not even receive a yellow card. Seems a bit unfair to me?

Why was the player who shoulder charged Habana after the whistle had gone not banned? Seems a bit unfair once again.

Why did Matt Giteau get away with murder in the Cape Town Test when he took a player out in the air? He did not receive a ban!

In super 14 game between the Bulls and Chiefs Lauaki took Habana out with a stiff arm around his neck. He only got a yellow card.

Is this fair? I think not.
