as u said, "pope" Dondi is from Parma so....plus, He manage to cut resources and funds to all Roman based teams in the last 15 years, right after Olympic Rugby Roma won the italian championship. He didn't want to make Rome a rugby city, he is only kin to let the national team play in Rome.

Nothing against Parma wich is a very nice city with great food and history.

I still hope that one day he's going to resign.

Just cant undestand why its being based in PARMA ,when the logicical choice is Rome ,One franchise has already failed in the region becuse of small crowds and lack of money .Now the new one will be just a drain on the unions funds,guess Dondi just couldnt bear the thought of his beloved region being without a team playing at a higher leval,than the top10.Real shame imo as the oppotunity was there to really grow a BIG fan base ect given italain footballs problems atm
