New Exeter Chiefs signing Watisoni Votu is eager to impress on his home debut at Sandy Park after making his debut against Bath.
The Fijian's first appearance for the Devon side was delayed due to a lengthy visa process, meaning Votu is keen to make up for lost time.
"I really enjoyed playing for Exeter in my first game," said Votu to the club's website.
"It was a tough game for us, but I think I learned a lot of things from it. It has been a long time for me to wait to come and play, but now I'm here I am very happy and I want to play as much as I can.
"Sireli just told me to play well and play hard. I was excited to be playing my first game and in the first half I thought we played well. The second half we had a lot of opportunities to score, but we lost the ball and we didn't finish things off.
"I am very happy at the club, I like Exeter very much and the team are very good.
"This week we are at home, so I am really looking forward to playing there. It will be another tough game for us, but hopefully we can play well and get a result."
