Pocock seemed naive during Saturdays test both as a player and captain. His tactics as skipper were like a 2nd XV schoolboy team. And he was comprehensively outplayed by McCaw and co.

That's a shame if Pocock is injured. I love to beat the Aussies but also want their main guys fit and ready, Horwill and O'Connor included and how about giving Quade Cooper a crack, he can be suspicious on D but at least he'll have a go on attack. I'd far sooner see an exciting game than the crap we saw on the weekend and like it or not, we need the Aussies to be competitive and giving us a good run.

In Pocock's defence, he had some fairly ineffectual lieutenants at the breakdown, while McCaw had a hungry Mealamu, Read on form, a tight five hitting everything with purpose and Messam playing for his future. In contrast Pocock seemed left to do a lot on his own. I've never bought into the Pocock-is-the-second-coming argument - he's always seemed like a one-trick pony to me, but he is undoubtedly awesome at what he does and got left high and dry by his teamates on Saturday.
And fellow All Black fans, please let's not be too arrogant. The ABs played with all the fluidity of setting concrete (tight five excluded) and the Wallabies were a dropped pass or two away from scoring another try under the posts and should never ever be written off.
Real shame for Wallabies if Pocock out, missing O'Connor and Horwill already, plus Cooper spending most of the season injured is a rough draw.
Hope he comes right soon

He will be a massive loss for Aussie if he is ruled out! he would probably be the first to admit he didn't have the greatest of games on the weekend...The Australian loose forwards could do a lot better at supporting & complimenting Pocock & the style of rugby he plays,it so often seems he's a one man band. For example look at the All blacks! Richie is no longer the fetcher he once was! his role has changed & our loose forwards (& forwards) have evolved a new system where they tend to wait en mass for the opportunity to turn ball over. Richie still gets to rucks but it seems he is their to either slow the ruck or get the opposition to commit. I honestly think that the ruck game has changed! fetchers are good, but it seems the best way to be successful at ruck time is to catch teams behind the gain line & commit numbers by driving through & most importantly staying on your feet (Chiefs style). Hears to a good game this weekend & hopefully Pocock is sweet to play

This is great news! D.Pocock is just over-rated and out of form. How many turnovers did D. Pocock secure on Saturday. Zero. Now we can expect some M.Hooper magic in Auckland. It's so ridiculous on the part of R. Deans to continue playing D. Pocock when he got injured and wasn't able to give 100 per cent. Should have introduced M.Hooper on the hour mark. At this rate of poor form, D. Pocock will never match R. McCaw, seriously. Maybe L. Gill and M. Hooper can but its clear R. Deans will never give them a chance to shine. I say sack R. Deans, also get rid of 'briefcases' N.Sharpe and S.Kepu and D. Dennis.

It will do him no good to skip class if he ever wants to get close to as good as McCaw.....
