Hurricanes hooker Motu Matu'u and wing Matt Proctor have signed contract extensions with the Wellington-based franchise.
According to Fairfax Media, the duo have signed deals for the next two seasons.
Matu'u, who made his debut for the franchise in 2012, is the Hurricanes' back-up number two, behind All Black Dane Coles, but made only eight Super Rugby appearances before a broken arm - sustained in the defeat to the Stormers in Palmerston North - ended his season.
19-year-old Proctor made his debut for the Hurricanes this season and played four matches in total. He scored his only Super Rugby try in that clash against the Stormers in Round 11.
Matu'u and Proctor will also represent Wellington during the ITM Cup and Matu'u will be looking to make up ground on Coles, who is set to be included in the All Blacks squad for the upcoming Rugby Championship.
