Danny Cipriani Sale Worcester

Held: Danny Cipriani

Sale Sharks scored three tries to comfortably put away struggling Worcester Warriors 21-3 at the AJ Bell Stadium on Friday.

Dwayne Peel opened the scoring for the Sharks after announcing earlier this week that he would be leaving at the end of the season to join Bristol.

Second row Jonathan Mills grabbed the second try at the start of the second half to add to two Danny Cipriani penalties.

Sam Tuitupou rounded things off with a third try for Sale late on, having previously spent ten minutes in the sin bin.

Worcester could only manage a penalty from fly-half Paul Warwick, who was stretchered off after a ten minute stoppage in play during the second half.
