Ireland wing Simon Zebo is set to give Munster a major boost by returning to action against Harlequins in Sunday's Heineken Cup quarter-final at the Stoop.

According to the Irish Examiner, Zebo will on Wednesday take another step towards proving his fitness for the crunch game with the English Premiership champions.

Zebo has been sidelined since breaking a bone in his foot in Ireland's Six Nations clash with England in Dublin last month.

He returned to training last week after revealing that he is targeting a return against Harlequins.

After coming through a training session unscathed, on Monday, Zebo will be asked to work flat out in Cork, on Wednesday, ahead of Munster boss Rob Penney's team selection for the clash with Quins.

Munster are under pressure after suffering a 51-24 PRO12 defeat to Glasgow last weekend.
