Saracens have announced that Derby Day is back as the North Londoners will return to Wembley Stadium on Saturday, April 8 to face Harlequins.
The 2015/16 double champions will take on their London rivals in a match which has become one of the showpiece events of the Premiership season. Both teams boast sides packed full of international stars and it promises to be another huge North London versus South London clash.
“Derby Day is always a fantastic experience for the whole Saracens family,” said Saracens CEO Heath Harvey looking ahead to the fixture.
“We’re really excited about returning to Wembley Stadium for what will be our 14th game there and are looking forward to what is sure to be another spectacular event in the rugby calendar. Derby Day is not simply a rugby game – the day is packed with top quality entertainment. Previous years have seen stars like Foxes, Pixie Lott and McFly take to the stage to perform alongside Saracens dancers and cheerleaders.”
