Gloucester prop John Afoa said they need confidence going into their next game against Sale Sharks on Friday.
Gloucester drew 23 all to Worcester Warriors away last weekend, and Afoa says the performance was "far from perfect."
"We need to go into the game with confidence … There is no point just hoping it's going to happen. We have had another short week but we have had a much better training week, so I feel like we are in a good place," he told Gloucestershire live.
"On opposition ball at the weekend, I think I was far from perfect. We really got dusted although we were able to hold the ball in our scrum.
"We have addressed the issue and I am confident we are going to get ball to our backs. Like I say, we want to continue playing the way we want to play, have faith in it and try to iron out those mistakes."
