Scarlets head coach Wayne Pivac is under no illusions about the challenges that await them in their Champions Cup pool later this season.
After getting their campaign off to an impressive start by beating Sale Sharks with a bonus-point on Saturday, the Welsh side can be happy.
Next is an away game against Saracens before they face Toulon away and home in December, with Pivac keeping a lid on the celebrations.
"We're very pleased with getting the result. It was pretty important to us after last year's Champions Cup," he told the Scarlets website.
"To get off to a win was important, obviously we were going for the bonus point at the end but it was just satisfying to get the win. It was an improved performance on our last few performances in the PRO12; we knew we had to step it up."
He added: "We're in a very, very tough pool. We had a bit of a look at the Sarries v Toulon game; both those teams are going to be a different proposition again.
"We have to keep building, take some confidence out of that performance and make sure we go in well prepared and throw the kitchen sink at Saracens.
"Let's not get carried away. It's a very tough pool; they are two giants of the game. Over the last four years those two teams have held up the silverware. We're under no illusions that it's going to only get tougher from here, but hopefully we're going to keep getting tougher as a group and keep improving on those performances."
