Wales will be without captain Sam Warburton for their clash with England at Twickenham on Sunday as he's ruled out with a shoulder injury.

The 27-year-old sits out the game against their Six Nations rivals, which is a warm-up for the June international series with New Zealand.

In an update issued by Wales, they could however start second-row Alun-Wyn Jones, with prop Paul James also a possible late inclusion.

Ospreys loosehead prop James will see an eye specialist on Friday.
