Wasps wing Christian Wade has revealed he is loving playing alongside his creative team-mates after he scored three tries against Bath.
Saturday’s 40-26 Premiership win was spearheaded by finisher Wade’s treble as Wasps now sit behind Saracens only on points difference.
Wade was named man-of-the-match at the Ricoh Arena and afterwards he admitted he enjoys being part of what is now a lethal backline.
“After last week’s loss (away to Connacht) it was good to come here and keep our home winning streak going and the boys will be really happy with that leading into Christmas as well,” he told BT Sport, with Wade ending the calendar year on 18 crossings in the Premiership.
“That’s awesome,” he added on his personal achievement. “At Wasps we just want to play quick, we did that today and it paid off.
“Obviously we have got great players out there, everyone’s quick and agile and we have got a lot of playmakers. It gives me free rein to run off of those guys so it’s a really exciting place to be. It’s great fun.”
