Saracens number eight Billy Vunipola is free to face Clermont after his striking case was dismissed by an RFU Disciplinary Panel on Tuesday.

The panel of Philip Evans (chair), Bonike Erinle and Martyn Wood dismissed the citing for striking Tigers full-back Mathew Tait with his head, contrary to Law 10.4 (a), or, in the alternative, charging into a ruck, contrary to Law 10.4 (h).

Vereniki Goneva, cited for striking Saracens' Kelly Brown with his forearm, was suspended for one week, having pleaded guilty to the charge, to include Leicester Tigers' Premiership game against London Welsh on April 25.
