A new-look half-back combination sees scrum-half Nemia Kenatale and Crusaders playmaker Ben Volavola pair up while Naulia Dawai and Mosese Voka link up with number eight Eremasi Radrodro in the back row.
Peni Ravai and Taniela Koroi will pack down either side of captain Sunia Koto in the front row replacing Campese Ma'afu and Leeroy Atalifo respectively.
Fiji stalwart Seremaia Bai and Vereniki Goneva are named amongst the replacements.
Savenaca Tabakanalagi pairs up with Tevita Cavubati in the second row with the former coming in for Api Ratuniyarawa.
Highlanders speedster Patrick Osborne forms the back three with full-back Benito Masilevu and right wing Savenaca Rawaca.
