Video of the week: Joubert’s Final

Date published: August 21 2015

We have come to that time of the week when Planet Rugby brings you an offering of a stand-out video we think you'll like the look of. Enjoy the show.

This week we turn the clock back to 2011 and get referee Craig Joubert's perspective on the Rugby World Cup 2011 final.

It was a performance that certainly saw a lot of ink flow after the game went down to the wire.

The South African relives the build-up to the game and also speaks about some of the crucial decisions made in those nail-biting final 30 minutes.

In the end, New Zealand ended 24 years of hurt by holding off a much-improved French side in a dramatic game in Auckland.

As ever, your comments are welcome at the bottom of the page.
