New Zealand reached their second successive World Cup final as they beat South Africa 20-18 at Twickenham on Saturday.

The All Blacks outscored their opponents two tries to none with a try in each half from Jerome Kaino and replacement Beauden Barrett.

South Africa kept in touch thanks to five penalties from Handré Pollard, and one from his replacement Pat Lambie, but they couldn’t find a way to break down the All Blacks and ended up falling just short.
