New Zealand reached their second successive World Cup final as they beat South Africa 20-18 at Twickenham on Saturday.

The All Blacks outscored their opponents two tries to none with a try in each half from Jerome Kaino and replacement Beauden Barrett.

South Africa kept in touch thanks to five penalties from HandrĂ© Pollard, and one from his replacement Pat Lambie, but they couldn’t find a way to break down the All Blacks and ended up falling just short.
