Reds boss Richard Graham didn't hold back on assessing his side's performance in their 58-17 defeat to the Crusaders.
The 2011 champions were right in the contest at half-time, trailing 15-10, before imploding in the second half in a nightmare performance.
Friday's loss was the Reds' ninth of the season as they slid into 15th spot on the table.
Graham's future in charge of the side has been under pressure for some time and results such as the thrashing in Christchurch won't help his cause.
"There are absolutely no excuses for that performance other than it lacked character and it lacked integrity," Graham told AAP.
"At 15-10 we'd scrapped and we'd fought and stayed in it … but then the next 25 minutes in particular was disgraceful.
"That's not acceptable at any level of football let alone Super Rugby.
"We've let the organisation down badly, we've let the jersey down. I'm as disappointed as you can be after a result like that.
"The review's not going to be pretty – people aren't going to want to sit there and see that."
