Ulster look set to take on Zebre without the services of number eight Nick Williams, centre Stuart McCloskey and full-back Louis Ludik.

Williams and McCloskey are nursing respective shoulder issues while Ludik has a groin problem ahead of Saturday's PRO12 clash in Parma.

The province desperately need a bonus-point win as they currently sit in fifth place, one spot off the play-offs, with just three games to play.

"The PRO12 has been as tough as it's ever been and that has made it appealing," Ulster director of rugby Les Kiss revealed to BBC Sport.

"It's never easy to play away against Italian teams and we know it is going to be tough – we can't go there with a soft mentality.

"Getting a top-four place is a realistic ambition and after this game will have a clearer picture of things.

"We just have to look after ourselves and the only thing that matters is this game with Zebre."
