Toulon owner Mourad Boudjellal has discussed Charles Ollivon's future with the club after his limited time on the field since joining the European champions this season.
Ollivon, 22, has two caps for France and joined Toulon from Bayonne ahead of the 2015/2016 season.
The young number eight's lack of playing time has raised the interest of other clubs in the Top 14, but Boudjellal insists that Ollivon is going nowhere.
"There is no way that he'll leave," Boudjellal told La Provence.
"Remember that he is under contract, if other clubs want to try and sign him, then they'll have to pay millions.
"Anyway, when we signed Charles I told him: 'You're part of the recruitment for the 2016/2017 season, but I've signed you a year early, because if I don't do it now you'll go elsewhere and I'll never get the chance again."
Toulon have already signed François Trinh-Duc and are eyeing up a further five signings for next season, including two props, a lock, wing and full-back.
