Toulon have confirmed the signing of Australian pair Mitch Inman and Lachie Turner on short-term deals as World Cup jokers.
The triple European champions are set to be decimated by World Cup call-ups, with 17 players currently away preparing for the World Cup.
The backline is particularly problematic, so Toulon have brought in Rebels centre Inman and Reds winger Turner to fill the gaps.
The 26-year-old Inman impressed for the Rebels this season as they recorded their best Super Rugby season to date, while Turner has a lot of experience including 15 caps for the Wallabies.
They join Sireli Bobo, Julien Caminati and Matt Stevens in joining as World Cup jokers, with a fly-half still expected to be added.
