Clermont will play Racing 92 while Toulon face the Challenge Cup champions, Montpellier, in the Top 14 semi-finals that will take place on June 17 and 18, respectively.
Montpellier's loss to Racing 92 in the last round of the regular season, allowed Clermont to secure first position in the Top 14 table.
This loss to Jake White's men, allowed the three-time European champions, Toulon, to finish in the second position and with that an extra week off as they prepared for the semi-final.
Racing were the first to secure the third semi-final spot after they held off Toulouse and beating them 21-16 at Stade Yves du Manoir on Saturday and they will face Clermont.
While Montpellier's 28-9 victory over Castres at the Altrad Stadium on Sunday booked them a spot in the second semi-final against Toulon.
This year’s final will be played on June 24 at the Nou Camp in Barcelona.
