Tonga head coach Tutai Kefu has made just one change to his starting XV for Saturday's clash with Italy in Padova.
Kefu has kept faith with most of his charges, who started in last weekend's 20-17 win over the USA, with the only alteration being the selection of David Halaifonua at full-back in place of Telusa Veainu.
An interesting addition to the replacements bench is Worcester Warriors winger Cooper Vuna. The two-Test Wallaby international qualifies for Tonga after representing the Pacific Islanders in an Olympic Sevens qualifier in Monaco earlier this year.
Tonga are ranked 15th, two spots below Italy, on the World Rugby rankings.
