Wasps flanker Ashley Johnson has been suspended for three weeks following a Disciplinary Hearing on Thursday regarding a tackle in Coventry last week.
Johnson was cited by match Citing Commissioner, Alberto Recaldini (Italy), for an alleged dangerous tackle on Leinster wing Dave Kearney.
The incident took place in the first minute of the European Rugby Champions Cup Round 6 game between Wasps and Leinster at the Ricoh Arena.
It was in contravention of Law 10.4(i), with Johnson shown a yellow card by referee, Jerome Garces (France). He now misses three fixtures.
The in-form Johnson is free to play on Monday, 16 February. Both the player and EPCR have the right to appeal the decision, made in Dublin.
