New Zealand head coach Steve Hansen believes the Welsh could be a dangerous animal after losses to both the All Blacks and Chiefs.
Wales lost 39-21 to the All Blacks last Saturday and then a second-string Welsh side went down 40-7 to the Chiefs in Waikato on Tuesday.
"They will be pissed off … When you’re pissed off, it doesn’t take much to get your mental side of your game right," Hansen said.
"The mental side of their game will be fixed up because of the game on Tuesday won’t it? They’ll front up in a big way on Saturday.
"They’re a good team … They’re hurting and that’s what makes them dangerous."
Wales head coach Warren Gatland stressed how important it is to play for the full 80 minutes against New Zealand.
"They’re just relentless and they keep coming at you," Gatland said.
"We have to have a mindset to keep playing for 80 minutes. For those players that are out there at the 60-65 minute mark, they need to keep putting them under pressure."
