The 25-year-old made 15 tackles against the Wallabies in a fine return, as Le Roux continues to cement the number seven jersey.

“Yes, I like to tackle, the physical side of the game, to battle and to help improve the side’s defence with good tackling,” Le Roux told Rugbyrama.

“I work on my tackling three times a week. Sometimes I miss a couple, and it irritates me.”

Last weekend was Le Roux’s tenth Test for France since making his debut in 2013.
