Edinburgh head coach Alan Solomons praised the performance of his all-international front-row as they beat Grenoble 28-10 at Murrayfield.
Alasdair Dickinson, Ross Ford and WP Nel were excellent for the Scots as they opened their Challenge Cup pool account with a win on Friday.
Solomons was quick to applaud the Scotland trio after the full-time whistle in a victory that saw back-row Cornell du Preez cross for two tries.
"I thought they were outstanding," he told BBC Sport when talking about his front-row.
"There's no doubt they made a massive difference – no matter who Grenoble put on they were under siege in the scrum."
He added: "It was about getting the performance right but it was important to get the win.
"Although we gifted them their seven points, let's be perfectly honest, it was still convincing."
