Munster have announced that outside centre Andrew Smith has arrived at the province, landing in Shannon on Thursday morning from the Brumbies.
The powerful Smith, who played 50 games for the Canberra franchise, will join up with the Munster squad on Friday for a training session in Limerick.
“I'm really looking forward to joining Munster and making the most of the opportunity,” he revealed when speaking to Munster's official website.
“Laurie Fisher has always spoken highly about the team and culture. It's definitely somewhere I want to go and make an impact, working closely with the boys and training hard. I've no doubt it will be a great experience. I can't wait to get stuck in.”
