Six weeks out for Gelant

The Bulls have suffered a setback with the news that full-back Warrick Gelant has been ruled out for a minimum of six weeks due to injury.

According to supersport, Gelant sustained a broken jaw against the Sunwolves, with his upcoming absence a blow as he was performing well.

Head coach Nollis Marais must now decide on who to slot into the 20-year-old's shirt ahead of this weekend's home clash with the Cheetahs.

Options open to him are SP Marais or the coach could choose to switch Springbok outside centre Jesse Kriel to full-back at Loftus Versfeld.
