The Sharks have named Fred Zeilinga at fly-half while Lwazi Mvovo is full-back for their Super Rugby clash with the Waratahs in Durban on Saturday.

Zeilinga comes in for the injured Pat Lambie while Mvovo gets the nod over SP Marais at the back, with Odwa Ndungane on the right wing.

There is also an enforced change at scrum-half where Charl McLeod replaces the injured Cobus Reinach while Willem Alberts moves to lock.

“It's a new week, a new opportunity and we have a bye next week, so there is a lot to play for and no reason why we don't give everything this weekend,” said director of rugby Jake White.

“The Waratahs are a good team, they have a lot of Wallabies in their squad and have been on a good roll so far in the competition. Like us, they've only lost just one game and have a really well-balanced team. Of the three games they've won, they've scored bonus points in all three victories, so they can obviously score tries. That means it's going to be a tough game for us.”
