The Sharks have made six changes to their starting XV for Saturday's clash with Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.

Sharks coach Brand Macleod-Henderson has made six changes to his starting XV for Saturday's clash with Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.

The team selection shows a number of changes to the side picked last weekend.

With Wiehan Hay out for three weeks with an AC joint injury, Marco Wentzel will partner Stephan Lewies in the second row.

Dale Chadwick coming in for Thomas du Toit at loosehead prop is the only other change amongst the forwards, but it is in the back-line where there have been several new selections.

Tim Swiel will start at full-back while S'bura Sithole shifts back to outside centre where he is partnered with U21 centre Andre Esterhuizen, with Paul Jordaan being rested this week after starting all five of the previous matches.

The final change sees Lionel Cronje getting a start at fly-half with Fred Zeilinga dropping down to the bench.
