Ireland duo Jonathan Sexton and Simon Zebo have both returned to training after coming off early at Twickenham.

A medical update from the Irish Rugby team on Monday said that both players "suffered cramp towards the end of the game against England and were removed as a precautionary measure.  Both are feeling no ill effects and trained today."

Scrum-half Conor Murray is progressing through the return to play protocols after suffering a concussion during the first half against England.

Murray did not return to the field but head coach Joe Schmidt spoke confidently after the match that the Munster number nine would be fit for the start of the Rugby World Cup.

Rob Kearney will do moderated training in the first part of this week after missing out on last weekend's match.
