Ireland have named Jonathan Sexton at fly-half while captain Paul O'Connell returns for their clash with Australia in Dublin on Saturday.

O'Connell is joined at lock by Devin Toner with prop Cian Healy introduced to the front-row.

Lions and Leinster flanker Sean O'Brien starts at seven in the absence of the injured Chris Henry.

Brian O'Driscoll earns his 127th cap since his Test debut against Australia in 1999 and will be partnered in midfield by Ulster's Luke Marshall.
