New Saracens signing Alex Lozowski cannot wait to hit the ground running at the Premiership champions after arriving from rivals Wasps.
Lozowski, 23, was electric for the Ricoh Arena outfit when handed opportunities and Saracens clearly liked what they saw from the back.
He joins the Allianz Park side as Charlie Hodgson's replacement and has spoken to the club's website about his excitement for 2016/17.
"As a rugby player you want to play for the best teams and, when I decided to join, Saracens were the champion team in England and more recently the champion team in Europe as well," he said as pre-season starts.
"I want to play my part, take a bit of responsibility and, when I get my chance to play, give it my all and put in 100 percent effort."
He added on the man who he is replacing: "I used to watch Charlie and admire the way he played. "I suppose he's pretty much irreplaceable, but I will do my best to come in and try and fill the gap he's left. He's still around so hopefully I can pick his brains and learn a few things off him."
