Fly-half Finn Russell praised his forwards for their role in helping Glasgow Warriors achieve back-to-back victories over Racing 92 in the Champions Cup on Friday.
Warriors won the return leg at Scotstoun 23-7 after a superb first half laid the platform for the win. Russell himself was outstanding, picking up the Man of the Match award afterwards.
Glasgow's triumph knocked last year's finalists out of the competition and moved them to the top of pool 1, albeit temporarily.
The Glasgow pack stood up to Racing's giant forwards to lay the foundations for a second successive victory. And Russell paid tribute to his men after they strengthened their last eight push.
"After beating them last weekend away from home, we knew how tough of a challenge it would be. To beat them here is amazing for the club and these two wins really help us in Europe, we're really happy after that," Russell said.
"Our attack in both games has been amazing, and I credit the forwards for that. They have given us such good ball and we've had plenty of space to show how dangerous we are last week and tonight. It's a great team performance and it's brilliant to win back-to-back against last season's finalists.
"They've got s big pack but our boys dug so deep today, we dominated the game physically, and if I don't give them credit, because if I don't I will probably get beaten up later! My day is made easier by the forwards, I switched off a bit at the end so there is still plenty to work on. But I couldn't do it without the players around me, it was a team performance."
