Romania coach Lynn Howells has bolstered his squad significantly ahead of their Pool D match at Wembley on Sunday.
Among the eight changes he has made to the starting line-up, that took to the field against France, is young fly-half Michael Wiringi, who has just one international cap behind him.
However, his shortcomings in the way of experience will be more than made up for with the addition of the other seven players.
Together, the squad that will take to the field against Ireland will constitute the most experienced team Romania has ever produced for a rugby fixture, with a collective 728 caps between them.
In addition, this will be the oldest Romanian team to take to the field in a World Cup, with the average age being 29 years and 347 days.
Flanker Mihai Macovei will captain the Romanian team this weekend.
