A late Juan Imhoff try sealed the result for Racing who led for much of the match in their second win of the season.

They took an early 13-3 lead thanks to a penalty try and two penalties by Dan Carter, but Toulouse faught back through two Samuel Marques penalties despite being reduced to 14 men after Dorian Aldegheri got sent off in the 27th minute.

Carter kicked another penalty before Bernard le Roux scored with 20 minutes left. Toulouse stayed in touch after a Sofiane Guitoune five-pointer brought them within 10 points, but Imhoff scored in the dying minutes of the match to secure a well deserved win for Racing.
