The Pumas are sticking with an unchanged side for their Currie Cup clash with the Golden Lions following their victory over the Sharks.

Head coach MJ Mentz has gone with the same XV that won in Nelspruit in the shock of the opening round, as his side head to Johannesburg to take on last year's runners-up.

Second row Rudi Mathee, a late withdrawal last week, misses out again, while centre Stefan Watermeyer skippers the team.

Springbok squad member Faf de Klerk will again start at scrum-half having been released by South Africa.

Pumas: 15 JW Bell, 14 Bernado Botha, 13 Jerome Pretorius, 12 Stefan Watermeyer (captain), 11 Rosco Spekman, 10 JC Roos, 9 Faf de Klerk, 8 Lambert Groenewald, 7 Uzair Cassiem, 6 Marnus Schoeman, 5 Marius Coetzer, 4 Giant Mtyanda, 3 De-Jay Terblanché, 2 Frank Herne, 1 Khwezi Mona.
