Argentina head coach Daniel Hourcade admits that his selections this Rugby Championship have been all about building toward the 2015 World Cup.

The Pumas make two changes in the backs with Juan Imhoff and Manuel Montero coming in for Horacio Agulla and Lucas Gonzalez Amorosino.

Imhoff and Montero are two excellent wings and it shows the depth Argentina now has ahead of this weekend's away fixture against the Wallabies.

“We want to give opportunities and minutes to all in the squad in a process that ends with the World Cup 2015,” revealed head coach Hourcade.

“We have to keep the good things we have done and then correct the things that we didn't do well, like the match against New Zealand.”

Argentina were left frustrated by a disallowed try which they believe could have changed the course of their Test won by the Kiwis last week.

And former Wallabies coach John Connolly believes they're starting to come to terms with the demands of playing the world's top three teams.

“They look better prepared to me, they look fitter and they appear to have more depth,” Connolly said.
