Preview: Zebre v Treviso

Sunday will see the first Italian derby of the season as Zebre take on Treviso at Stadio XXV Aprile in an important Guinness PRO12 clash.

Treviso remain without a victory in any competition this term although they did draw at home to Leinster in round 8 of this competition.

Firstly though in team news, Zebre head coach Andrea Cavinato has made a whole host of changes for the game, with the likes of Mauro Bergamasco, captain Quentin Geldenhuys and Kelly Haimona all back in the side following their defeat to the Dragons at Rodney Parade.

Meanwhile, Treviso head coach Umberto Casellato has again been forced into changes up front with Matteo Muccignat in at tighthead prop, while experience is found in the second-row with captain Antonio Pavanello joined by Corniel Van Zyl for the derby game in Parma.

In the back-row, together with openside Francesco Minto and number eight Dean Budd, there will be Marco Barbini on the blindside flank.

The half-back combination Edoardo Gori partner Sam Christie.

The back-three is the same as their last game, against Edinburgh, but there will be a new centres in Enrico Bacchin and Michele Campagnaro.
