Treviso will be captained by second row Antonio Pavanello when they face Zebre in the Italian derby in the Pro12.
Continuity, after the 16-26 victory of last week in Parma, is the key word for Umberto Casellato’s men, with a few important players coming back from injury.
Meanwhile, Zebre make several changes from the XV in the last round, with the club searching for success against the other Italian team.
Only one point separates the two teams now on the eve of the sixth match between the two clubs, with Zebre ahead of the opposition who haven’t won in front of their home crowd since April 2014.
In the backs there are two Italian veterans on the wing, Leonardo Sarto and Giulio Toniolatti, with David Odiete returning from suspension.
Form: Treviso ended their 17 game winless run with victory in Parma on Sunday. Treviso’s most recent win at the Stadio Monigo came when Dragons were the visitors on 12 April. Since Italian sides joined the PRO12 in season 2010/11 Treviso have lost just twice to their compatriots: to Aironi in Viadana in December 2011 and to Zebre in Parma in January 2014. Zebre have lost their last four matches in all tournaments since beating Edinburgh in Parma on 29 November. Zebre’s two away victories in the history of the franchise came at Cardiff Blues in the PRO12 in September 2013 and at Brive in the European Challenge Cup in October. The two sides have met on five previous occasions with Zebre’s only victory being 14-12 in Parma on 4 January 2014.
